Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of inbound sales agents across various European regions. In this role, you will not only manage but actively coach a team of 8 multilingual agents to convert qualified leads into satisfied customers. You will be deeply involved in the sales process, dedicating 70% of your time to coaching activities such as call shadowing, feedback sessions, role plays, and developing sales materials. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, your goal as a Sales Manager is to cultivate a culture of success and high performance within the team!
How will you make an impact?Lead and coach a multilingual team of 8 inbound sales agentsManage the complete sales process, including pipeline management and outbound follow-ups.Engage in diverse training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance.Conduct daily and weekly team meetings, including performance reviews and strategy sessions.Monitor and understand team performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.What makes you a great fit?Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a sales team, with a track record of meeting or exceeding team targets.Proven expertise in high-volume, transactional sales and pipeline management.Strong coaching and training skills with a focus on driving results and performance improvement.Business-level fluency in Spanish and English.Quick learner with the ability to become an expert in our technical product.Background in the travel tech industry is advantageous but not essential.Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a sales team towards achieving goals.How can you earn extra bonus points?Proficiency in additional European languages.Success in managing teams in short sales cycle environments.Why you'll love us:You'll be part of a growing, dynamic company with a truly international team.
