Tu misión: Your main goal will be to improve our customer experience and, as a result, our Net Promoter Score.
Tus tareas:
Lead and implement our internal NPS project.Provide consulting and clear interpretation of customer and market data to our business team, integrating data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.Provide in-depth understanding of customers through qualitative and quantitative research.Collect, analyse, and report customer experience data and generate insights to enable the rest of the teams to make decisions based on real insight and findings.Use a variety of research methods including focus groups, surveys, cold calling, competitor analysis, and industry research to produce useful customer insight data and make recommendations to the team via presentations and written reports.Identify relevant research and propose it proactively.Create positive customer engagement.Reply to the opinions that our customers leave us on our website and social networks.Tu perfil:

Previous experience in a similar role.Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.Strong understanding of B2C sales process.Ideally knowledge in Portuguese or French.¿Por qué nosotros?:
