(S801) Education Manager

FUNCTIONS:Responsibilities:In cooperation with Global Education and Marketing, develops educational content for new courses.Creates and edits How to's videos and participates in any hair production.Evaluates RP Educators to ensure the brand is represented correctly.Leads International education events, such as meetings, training, or shows.Helps the leader assume responsibilities in predefined roles on events/productions.Compiles Technical Information about products, does color formulation, and creates hair rituals.Participates and oversees the product tests process and provides qualitative feedback.Collects and consolidates education data from regions.Collects and consolidates information about product tests and education results from team members.Provides feedback on retouching and post-production.Works with PMs and brand managers to support.Requirements:Hairdresser with at least 5 years in an Education Department.Good Communication Skills.High level of English.Organizational skills.Team Leadership.Very flexible with location and time zones as she/he will travel (20% approx.).
