Our mission is to offer you the right prerequisites to develop and become our next IFS expert.- Our consultants are allocated to one or more customer projects - working at the customer's site and/or remote from the office.- In your first project you will attend together with a mentor/buddy, later you will be a resource alongside someone else - or the sole resource covering a specific competency area.- Tasks in the project are various: Writing specificationsTestingAdvising on specific topicsPreparing and/or running workshops and end-user trainingWriting documentationto ensure we deliver as agreed. You must be willing to do deep dives, as well as cruising the surface. It will be lots of work and loads of fun. You will be challenged, and you will be stretched - but most of all you will experience development, boosting team spirit and great satisfaction.QualificationsWe are looking for:- Talented and ambitious university graduates who have the potential of becoming our future brilliant Consultants or Project Managers.- Someone who holds no more than 2 years of work experience.- In general, the applicants should have a bachelor's or a master's degree, preferably in the fields of either Engineering, Information technology or Finance/Economics/Business.As a person, you are daring, enterprising, and cooperative. You thrive in working with technology, understand and have an interest in business software, ERP, digitization, EOI, IoT, cloud solutions, or others. Advising in a convincible way is fundamental to you, you enjoy challenges, and you can see and understand overall solutions. You can create long-term relationships and you have good teamwork skills.You master the local language of that country where you are working, in addition to English both written and oral. It is also a prerequisite you live in a country where we have our European Young Professionals Program, that you hold a work permit as well as a residence permit as we are not sponsoring any VISAS for this program. You must be prepared to travel if needed.
