Marketing Manager for a B2B SaaS Startup
We're looking for a marketing manager for Plytix, a global market leading PIM software company based in Malaga. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and experience with B2B SaaS companies with a strong foundation in all areas of marketing (from SEO and video to paid ads, marketing automation, and more). The majority of our marketing team is located in Spain, so it would be nice if you were too. That way you can meet up with the team in person from time to time in our Malaga office.

What's the opportunity?
As our Marketing Manager, you will manage and coordinate a marketing team of 8-10 very talented and accomplished marketing experts. At Plytix, we don't engage in outbound activities, so our growth depends entirely on our ability to drive leads from our marketing efforts. No pressure. What will you be doing?
Leading the marketing department to accelerate our company's growth.
Implement and oversee a powerful marketing strategy across all marketing functions.
Handling different projects and allocating resources based on priorities and business goals.
Coaching and mentoring your direct reportees and help them reach their full potential.
Hiring and training new talent for the marketing team.
Overseeing all marketing campaigns and projects.
Liaising with the CEO on setting the marketing strategy, goals, and budgets.
Liaising with Sales, Customer Success, and other relevant departments in order to accelerate growth.
Creating reports and dashboards for the CEO.
After 1 month:
You will be trained in PIM basics and have gained a working knowledge of the capabilities of our software. You will also have spent a large portion of your time engaging with our customer success team and observing client interactions. This will be important for your journey at Plytix so that you know the ins and outs of our product to better position it in your strategies. You'll have met your team, but will not yet have assumed responsibility for your team yet. You'll also have met other important stakeholders from other departments to get more familiar with what they do and how you can work together. You'll have had regular check-ins with the CEO to stay on top of how things are progressing.
