Requirements Research Field: All Education Level Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Specific Requirements: University graduate or degree holder with experience in planning and managing European projects; experienced in preparing technical and economic reports, possessing digital skills, leadership ability, teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills; and capable of working in international, multicultural, and multidisciplinary contexts.
Only applications from individuals who can demonstrate a minimum C1 level of English will be accepted.
Non-native Spanish speakers must demonstrate a B2 level of Spanish.

Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate the Management Office of the PIONEER University Alliance at the University of Huelva.Organize the work of the technicians and coordinate it with the co-leaders and WP delegates of UHU.Participate in UHU's internal coordination meetings, meetings with other PIONEER universities, and meetings of Andalusian, Spanish, or European alliances, when required.Contribute to the development of new project proposals for the alliance, mainly within the European framework.Act as a liaison with the European Commission and stay informed about European information on university alliances and European calls of interest for the alliances, as well as European reports or documentation applicable to the alliance.Communicate and foster teamwork with the coordinators of the management offices of the PIONEER universities.Carry out any other tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of the alliance.Selection Process: Merits based tender process (maximum 10 points):
EDUCATION (maximum 2 points):Academic transcript for the highest qualification held (bachelor's or master's degree).Specific training for the management of international or national projects.Certified C2 level of English according to CEFR.Certified B2 level of any of the official languages of the alliance partners according to CEFR.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE RELATED TO THE POSITION (maximum 6 points):Proven experience in preparing or managing activities and proposals within the framework of the European University Alliances initiative.Proven practical experience in the economic management and justification of projects funded by European, national, or international calls, especially those related to the university sector (Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, etc.
