RingSense AI is our proprietary AI solution, designed to fit the business needs of our customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles we apply to our core software solutions.Key Responsibilities: EHS and Occupational Safety: Implement Occupational Safety measures, conduct safety audits, and develop risk assessment protocols.Industrial Hygiene: Manage programs for workplace health hazard identification and control.Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology: Apply ergonomic and psychosociological principles to enhance workplace conditions and support employee well-being.Occupational Medicine: Coordinate health programs and collaborate with medical professionals to manage health screenings and other health-related processes.Facilities Management: Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of the facility.
Act as the primary contact for building management, ensuring the timely resolution of facility-related issues.Partner with RingCentral's Global Safety and Security team to fortify office security measures and coordinate local emergency response efforts.Maintain compliance with safety protocols and preparedness for emergency situations.Monitor and address issues reported through the internal ticketing system, adhering to Service Level Agreements.Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure a positive experience for employees.Desired Qualifications: A degree in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional training, education, and experience in EHS practices and management.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Occupational Medicine through a combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and professional experience.Relevant certifications in EHS or Facilities Management are considered an asset.At least 5 years of experience in EHS and facilities management with knowledge in the specific domains outlined.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
