We enable leaders in B2B companies to drive Thought Leadership, Sales & Recruiting via LinkedIn. Our main goals are:Establish Thought LeadershipBuild lasting relationships with decision-makers in their target marketWin leads and drive revenueOur customers are (among others): Consultancies: Siemens Advanta Consulting, SPV AG & AleriSoftware- & IT- Companies: Bitkom, tribe29 & AptosVenture Capital & Law firms: Speedinvest & McDermott Will & EmeryTasks You screen long-form content to select the most suitable parts for social media posts. The long-form content primarily originates from video casts that we produce with our clients.You craft posts for LinkedIn that will be distributed via the personal and company profiles of our B2B customers. You're responsible for writing Text-Posts, and collaborating with our Content Producers to create Video-Content, Pictures, etc.You work closely with our clients to deliver the best copywriting for them.You analyze which content is best received and implement those insights to optimize future content. Our main goal is to create content that resonates with our client's target customers (other decision-makers of B2B companies), and in the best case results in winning them as leads.Requirements You're an English native speaker (at least C2 level).You're familiar with writing and developing social content for B2B.In the best case, you've already created posts for LinkedIn or similar.You know how to independently research a wide variety of industry and specialist topics to write posts about.You have at least 3-6 years of experience in copywriting, creating social media posts, and writing blog posts for B2B companies.You are proactive and demonstrate high standards in terms of work ethic.You work very precisely and are detail-oriented.You are open to feedback and new ideas, want to develop yourself further and enjoy learning new things.You have the ability to navigate a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with different stakeholders.Nice-to-Have (not a requirement, but helpful) You have experience in a PR or a media agency.You know your way around SEO.You have an analytical/numerical approach to optimizing the performance of posts (A/B testing, etc.).Benefits 100% Remote + Flexible Working Time: We work from where and when we want.Digital Office: We are an exciting international team of 15 people from 5 different nations and cultures thanks to remote work and our digital office.Asynchronous Communication: We communicate a lot in written form without the urgency to respond to everything immediately.Respect Time: We show up, deliver, and proactively communicate on time
