Our client is seeking a talented and experienced UX/Usability Designer to join their team and play a key role in a project. This project involves the development of a web portal that will consolidate a wide range of services and data, improving user access and understanding. Key Responsibilities:Analyze and document user requirements to ensure a clear understanding of user needs.Prototype innovative products and applications for user testing and feedback.Design engaging and intuitive visual and interaction elements to enhance the user experience.Test and validate designs through usability testing, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.Develop strategic concepts for data products and create use cases to support project objectives.Collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Experience:At least 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrated through at least 2 completed projects. Strong experience in usability testing and design research methods.
Skills:Proficiency in leading design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite).Solid understanding of frontend technologies (Node.js, React, Vue.js, Typescript) to collaborate effectively with development teams.Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) to create compelling data-driven interfaces.Ability to conduct and moderate Design Thinking workshops to foster innovation and user-centered design.Familiarity with corporate design systems and best practices in large-scale.English and German at a minimum B2 level.
