For our Customer Service team, we look for a Senior Tender Specialist, who will also work on Order Management.
S/he is responsible for supporting and managing all sales operations activities including tender and contracts management, new account activations, supporting sales quoting and ad hoc project support as needed in compliance with local regulation, internal policies, quality procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). This position is part of the Customer Service Team and will be located in Buccinasco (MI) Italy or in Barcelona (Spain) and will be onsite 5 days a week.
This position is intended as well, for candidates belonging to Protected Categories with certification as beneficiary law Art. (employment of people with disability).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Prepare and submit tender/contract responses including all related documents and sub-processes such as Bank guarantees on behalf of Cepheid in line with the commercial strategy ensuring they are submitted on time.Process all contract requests per policy guidelines, obtaining approvals as necessary.Responsible for creation and follow-up of Service and Rental contracts.Responsible for customer pricing – ensuring prices are created in ERP, and dealing with annual renewals.Work with Sales Team when contracts are due for renewal or expired.Demonstrate high commitment in resolving customers issues and responding to enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.The essential requirements of the job include:
High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of related work experience.Relevant experience in customer service focused on Order and Tender Management.Deep knowledge of electronic platforms (MEPA, Sintel).Experience with SAP and a CRM system such as SFDC.Good command of MS Office package, especially Excel.Italian mother tongue and very good English.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
