Role Purpose
As part of the Global Design & Construction Operations team and reporting to the D&C Sr. Operations Manager, the Global D&C Operations Senior Coordinator will support Operations Global and Regional Initiatives and activities, including taking ownership of delivering key BAU activities and global/regional focused initiatives (Operational Goals, Global Initiatives, tasks). This role manages the performance of direct reports and supports relationships with key stakeholders.
This Global D&C Operations Senior Coordinator will focus on ensuring the integration of Global Goals and BAU Initiatives in regions, driving digital transformation by overseeing digital initiatives, managing business intelligence (BI) processes, and coordinating data-driven decision-making processes. The coordinator will support regional POCs in creating charts, reports, or templates with technology tools for Process Management, Capital Controllership, or Performance functions, ensuring consistency across functions.
What this job involves / Responsibilities Work closely with the DART team to develop and implement digital strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Drive analysis, definition, and implementation of operational improvement processes, tools, and templates for Global initiatives.
Coordinate BI processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Support Global initiatives from initiation to successful implementation to improve project delivery teams by enhancing delivery times, site quality, and data reliability, demonstrating Customer Obsession and Insisting on the Highest Standards.
Provide data analysis, continuous improvement recommendations, and project management support to new and existing global initiatives that drive positive change and increase efficiency in the delivery of a worldwide portfolio.
Facilitate clear and efficient communication channels to ensure seamless information sharing and coordination among team members worldwide, ensuring the transfer of best practices, industry knowledge, and skills within the global team.
Act as a change agent, assisting in driving adoption and acceptance of new tools, solutions, and initiatives. Communicate the benefits, provide training, address concerns, and monitor the progress of change initiatives.
Ensure that all initiatives/activities documentation is complete and accurate according to the company's requirements and procedures (SOPs) during the different implementation phases.
Support regional workshops: Ensure client understanding in the scope of services as per global contract and service delivery model.
Help clients understand the implementation methodology: what is being implemented, when, and how (phases and deliverables).
Coordinate with Regional Teams to implement Global tools and Solutions.
