We are seeking a candidate to lead a team providing operational support to our internal business units. You will coordinate efforts, prioritize tasks, and manage documentation to ensure smooth purchasing and spend management processes.Amazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators. Amazon Music delights customers worldwide across multiple tiers of service (ad-supported, Prime, and Amazon Music Unlimited).Key Job ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on operational guidance and support to the team across multiple locations.Conduct quality checks to ensure consistent performance and compliance of the team.Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of escalation for team members.Manage support resources for external teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information.Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve issues and address queries effectively.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent.Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.Previous experiences managing a team.
