JNJ Corporate Business Technology (CBT) is recruiting for a Lead Product Analyst to support the transformation and run state operations for Treasury platforms (SAP ECC/S4, JAVA and SWIFT technology).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE: Partner with the business to understand and define business drivers and requirements of the initiated program(s)/project(s).Ensure design gap analysis and prototyping, test script authoring and execution, and deployment activities as needed.Complete Business requirements analysis, support design of Treasury solution, translate business requirements into user stories for transformation of Treasury solutions.Enable prioritization of Product backlog and ensure accuracy of acceptance criteria for technical user stories.Handover technical user stories to build team for configuration, integration, and enhancements of Treasury solution.Support testing of Treasury solution via creation of test scripts and execution of IT testing (TAT/TUT/FIT), support UAT by Treasury business users.Support continuous improvement of Treasury solution, optimization of TCO.Enable security and compliance of Treasury solution.Ensure status of design, build, testing, release, hypercare of Treasury solution is accurately reflected in JIRA (in technical user stories, scripts, tasks, etc).Ensure product delivery is aligned with overall program guiding principles & native functionality.Understand development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements.Qualifications Requirements: Master's degree in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science.3 years+ of experience with implementation and maintenance of Treasury solutions (SAP, SWIFT, etc).Experience with S/4 HANA implementation for Finance.3 years+ of experience with agile methodology and JIRA.Working knowledge of core application development principles and SDLC methodology.Hands-on experience supporting an application portfolio (post-launch).Proficiency in explaining technologies effectively to customers, communicating technical concepts in non-technical terms.Hands-on understanding of Design Principles (User Interface and Business Process Mapping).Ability to operate independently and interface with senior business leaders.Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbal.Self-starter with strong teamwork abilities and customer service skills.Extreme focus, attention to detail and delivering high-quality solutions.Strong background and experience in virtualization, network, and other technologies.Prior experience in supporting global operations and following Enterprise level process frameworks such as ITIL.#J-18808-Ljbffr
