In this position, you will work with ADP Marketplace Partners, the Marketplace integration team, the Business Development team, and Sales Channel Managers to implement and execute the defined ADP marketplace strategy within your assigned area(s) of responsibility. You will be responsible for Marketplace Partners onboarding, reporting on the success of each relationship, and making improvements where necessary. This role involves driving the end-to-end onboarding process and training the partner and their team on the ADP value proposition, products, and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage Partners onboarding project management, working closely with the Partner Integration Team to oversee risk & remediations on the project plan.Act as the Partner Point of contact and coordinate globally with all ADP Marketplace internal stakeholders.Create and update strategic plans regarding Partners within your assigned area of responsibility.Promote and train partners on ADP products that are applicable to their segment.Identify, coordinate, and track leads through partners and work with the field sales team to identify appropriate solutions.Create, manage, and close a pipeline of partner opportunities to achieve assigned goals.Follow up with Partners on the referral leads received from the ADP Marketplace.Contribute to current year sales and overall ADP growth strategy.Engage partners at the senior level and help select and pursue opportunities with maximum potential.Support existing partners within your area via shared goals and joint activities.Identify materials, testimonials, collateral, etc., necessary to promote the relationship.Promote the partnership by leveraging partner and ADP marketing channels.Provide support to the field DSM by following up on partner opportunities.Build relationships with partners and ADP Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
