Job Title: Business Analyst
Qualifications: Economics, Business Administration, or related financial knowledge.
Experience Required: Experience with financial statements, CIB business, and accounting.Previous experience in business analysis and leading projects.High level Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Advanced data analytics skills.Desirable Skills: Experience in programming languages (preferably Python).Experience in writing SQL queries.Main Responsibilities: Understand the requirements of the project from the Product Owner perspective and design suitable solutions.Lead both functional and technical teams.Draft detailed functional documentation about processes to guide the Technical Team in developing the requirements.Validate results deployed in the Production Environment to ensure that developments meet the Product Owner's needs.Work under pressure and with tight deadlines.Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.Participate in ongoing Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives).Take responsibility for weekly meetings with senior management to present updates, blockers, and future steps of the project.Deliver results on time.Escalate problems, stoppers, or dependencies at the right moment.Language Requirements: English proficiency: daily communication with different geographies: London, Asia, US, among others.
