The company, immersed in a process of constant improvement and continuous professionalization, needs to incorporate an Area Manager with a consultative profile.
Features Identify business development opportunities in the assigned area in the segment of companies in the pharmaceutical sector.
Transfer to the Applications engineer team the needs of the client (pharmaceutical company), starting the development of the project together with the technical office.
Interlocution with the client and coordination with the internal department of the company for the development of the custom machine.
Communication with customers during the production process.
Attention and care of clients during any visit to the company's facilities based in Barcelona.
Negotiate projects in the closing stage.
Find commercial agents, train them, and manage them.
Attendance at fairs.
Training Mechanical or similar industrial engineering.
English: professional level of competence (bilingual-high).
Experience Minimum experience of 4 years in an international area manager position in equipment manufacturing (Packaging).
