.QUALITY TECHNICIAN (PACKAGING) We are looking for a Quality Technician reporting to the Quality Control Manager. This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact. RESPONSIBILITIES As our Quality Technician, you are responsible for maintaining quality standards for finished goods and quality levels for external vendors. Your main focus: Lead and track the improvement actions on the components of your Value stream and assigned suppliers, performing technical or assessment visits when needed. Maintain systems and indicators to measure the quality performance of production areas, reporting these results internally on a monthly and daily basis. Take the necessary actions (Quality surveillance, technical assistance, reinforcement of the inspections...) to ensure continuous improvement of Quality in the Production filling line. Establish and implement the necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of Quality issues across all departments (production, technical department, purchasing, planning...). In the team, you will learn to manage challenging issues with suppliers and resolve them autonomously. YOU ARE A COTY FIT You like to work in a team, providing high care focus on customers. As an experienced Product Quality Technician, you have an analytical mindset, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: Have a CFGS, preferred Engineering Degree. Have experience in supplier quality management. Have at least 1 year of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Have experience with TQM Tools (Pareto and fishbone diagrams). Have the ability to manage databases and reporting tools. Are an advanced user of MS Office tools. Possess advanced teamwork and communication skills. Have SAP knowledge. Have a good command of the English language. Quality Audit experience is welcomed. GMP + ISO knowledge is welcomed.
