Your challenge: Expand your target market while delivering a high-quality customer experience, and be an evangelist for our innovative game-based learning methodology. As Account Executive, you will report to the Head of New Business; and you will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales Management to participate directly in the growth of a specific market by increasing the company's revenue. Convince companies that Gamelearn is the Game-based learning platform that they need. Perform product demos with potential customers. Manage the full sales cycle (discovery meetings, negotiation, closing deals). Work hand in hand with an SDR to share insights and improve the lead generation and market development process. Represent Gamelearn at fairs, webinars, conferences and any other marketing activity that is oriented to the business development of the company. Work and share best practices within your team and your market. Develop a portfolio of enterprise accounts from scratch and achieve your sales targets. Use our sales stack (Salesforce / LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Power BI) and data analytics to structure your approach and increase your efficiency and productivity. Elaborate commercial proposals. Negotiate and close contracts of new business. Requirements: Have at least 3 years of experience in new business development, in B2B environments working for an enterprise tech company, preferably within a SaaS in the HR industry. Love talking, negotiating, and maintaining conversations with top stakeholders, to offer them the best solution according to their needs (consultative approach). Feel passionate about working in a fast-paced environment. Are a critical thinker and you have exceptional hunting skills. Are motivated by challenges and persevere in pursuing opportunities. Are extremely organized, able to prioritize, results-oriented, and have business acumen. Have strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM. Native in the target market language and working proficiency in English.
