Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the accounting support and the R2R teams, fostering collaboration and business partnering in a matrix organization.
Manage and consolidate the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting for the different affiliates.
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other month-end activities.
Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage the consolidation of financial data for multiple entities.
Monitor and analyze accounts receivable and payable aging, providing insights into working capital trends.
Oversee balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital and improve cash flow in liaison with the affiliates' Finance Managers.
