We are looking for a Collections Specialist to work at a global leading company within the chemical sector in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area. This person will be responsible for providing a wide range of Collection and Sales Support services to assigned countries.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the collections process and provide customer service support.Interact with a large customer base effectively.Utilize knowledge of bank products and payment methods including Letters of Credit, bank guarantees, direct debits, credit cards, Bill of Exchange, Drafts, RIBA, and Cheques.Communicate professionally and write effectively in business contexts.Negotiate with business sales representatives and interface with senior management.Minimum Requirements: Native level of German.Excellent English or Spanish.1-2 years of experience in collections or customer service.Knowledge of Accounts Receivable is a plus.Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.High negotiation skills.
