We are currently looking for a passionate Head of Reception & Reservations to join our Barcelona Team.
Experience you will need:Advanced knowledge of Seven Rooms.Strong people management skills and experience with managing a team.Great interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team with a positive work ethic.Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.Previous experience in a management role in a high-end brand, preferably multi-site.Excellent communication skills - must have high level of both spoken and written English.Knowledge of French and Spanish would be advantageous.Keen interest to develop their knowledge and progress.Must be friendly and attentive.A passion for hospitality and customer service.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to motivate and drive the team.We treat our employees as family, so we offer excellent benefits.
