Arxada is looking for a S2P Global Process Owner. This role is based in Barcelona. In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end Source to Pay ("S2P") process design as well as the roadmap for process & technology.
Key Responsibilities: Set global vision, road map and objectives for the end-to-end process and technology in alignment with global Function Service Heads & Senior Stakeholders. Drive culture of Innovation and Continuous Improvement through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy, and visible hands-on leadership. Work with other functions to identify and support Process Re-engineering and Continuous Improvement. Identify and own innovation projects and related business case. Own process blueprint and sign off exceptions to standard. Define Key Performance Indicators for the end-to-end S2P process and set targets to ensure process effectiveness. Manage and drive key performance indicators and perform benchmarking with industry. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions ensuring cross collaboration to deliver the best solution. Conduct regular reviews with global business stakeholders to align process strategy and drive change and user adoption of standard processes. Act as a change agent to ensure that change process is deployed with minimal disruption and in a sustainable manner across the Organization. Key Requirements: MSc. in Business Administration or related fields. 7+ years of work experience. Strong International environment experiences, preferably from a global operating company. Demonstrates high influencing and interpersonal skills, and sets direction to global and local organization. Act as a change leader and empowering and encouraging others to bring new ideas forward. Good project management skills. Excellent learning agility and speed; constantly challenging the status-quo. Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
