Role Description Salesforce Spain is looking for highly talented Solutions Engineers (pre-sales) to inspire customers with our SaaS solutions, based on our Customer 360 philosophy. If you have a passion for Customer Success and cutting-edge technology, this is your opportunity to develop and combine your Salesforce technology expertise, and blend this with sales communication and business acumen. You will be part of the Southern European team of multilingual Solution Engineers in the Salesforce Public Sector Global Business Unit, reporting into the Director of Solution Engineering, Southern Europe.
Our Solution Engineers partner with the Account Executives, and act as one team for our customers. As a Solution Engineer, you will be the trusted advisor on all things technical and therefore responsible for the technical win of the opportunity cycle. You will help our customers address their business challenges by mapping the best Salesforce software solutions. You will work on customer discoveries, product demos and presentations, and respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs.
Responsibilities:
Understand customer goals and challenges and map those back to the Salesforce product portfolio.Design, build, and demonstrate unique and innovative solutions to address these challenges.Present Salesforce technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with the PaaS and SaaS stack.Participate in all appropriate product, sales, technical training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.Attain quarterly and annual objectives defined collaboratively with management.Active participation in a fast-paced hyper growth market segment and balance multiple projects in a team-selling environment.Take ownership of your opportunities whilst liaising closely with the Public Sector Solution Engineers in EMEA and globally.Skills:
You speak Catalan on a fluent level - Portuguese is an advantage.Experience in customer facing activities as a solution/sales engineer or Salesforce implementation consultant.Excellent communication skills: articulate Salesforce solution values to different audiences, in person and remotely. You are a storyteller.Customer focus: you won't be satisfied until the job is done, delivered with the right quality for our customers.
