In this role you will have the opportunity to sell products and services to customers in an office environment. The Inside Sales Representative is also responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
What you will doCreate opportunities and quotes for hardware into the assigned customers to support and increase sales for the sales team. Participate actively in customer negotiations.Follow up on all opportunities to maximize sales for confidence contracts to increase our connect rate in the country.Support the OEM team in daily tasks: quoting, negotiation, and the ISTA process to maximize resources on the field.Utilize LinkedIn & Sales Navigator for active follow-up on discovering new leads/accounts to be visited by the sales reps. Create qualified leads for sales reps & SYSTECH sales Manager CIS & SYSTECH.Ensure all documents arrive on time at MI site to be sent to the bank and recognize the revenue when expected (Q3-Q4). Participate in negotiations to acquire knowledge.What you need to haveBachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science degree.Minimum 1 year experience in inside sales.Future Account Manager / OEM experience.Proficient in Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience working with ERP: SAP / SFDC.Available to work from home if needed.Willingness to travel: 10%-15%.Creative, persuasive & motivated.Excellent communication skills.Customer and result driven.Languages: Spanish & excellent written and spoken English.Collaborative entrepreneurial spirit.High ethical standards, openness and trust.Expectations for results.Respect and value people.If you believe you match our values and have the experience we're looking for, then apply!
