The Associate Director will join the Law School's Corporate Development team whose responsibilities are devoted to the development and maintenance of large accounts with global reach primarily in Europe, which include the development of a commercial agenda and actions of client loyalty.Key Action Areas:Business and diagnostic projects development, consultative sales, benchmarking, and strategic planning in diverse sectors.Elaboration of strategy for account management and management of CRM databases, integrating a commercial plan and long-term objectives (12-18 mos).Development of new alliances and client-relationship management with IE's corporate partners.Development and analysis of KPIs oriented to the day-to-day development of accounts.Commercial activities: sales, co-creation, and management of academic projects with IE's various schools and departments, for the development of long-term relationships with targeted and strategic accounts.Requirements:Master's Degree from a top University.An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar, demonstrating a high capacity for analysis is highly valued.Fluency (written & oral) in both English and Spanish.2-3 years of professional experience in consulting or business to business (B2B) development; indirect sales, client loyalty, development of corporate clientele; creating and delivering proposals; and the management and development of international projects.CRM experience, extensive knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Office and other databases.Experience in Project management and coordination.Advanced capacity for analytical thinking and organization.Developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to integrate and manage diverse groups.The position is based in Madrid, with the possibility to travel to other regions.
