Eurovision Services Madrid is recruiting a Senior Corporate Controller to join the Finance department team in Madrid, Spain. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITIONIn this role as Senior Corporate Controller, you will:
Support business and company management in decision making activities, provide analysis, recommendations and expertise for process and cost optimization, including pre and post evaluations of projects and investments.Manage, coordinate and consolidate the budget, forecast, mid- and long-term planning process across departments, functions and subsidiaries globally.Review and analyse monthly group and subsidiary financial reporting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, reconciliations and prepare commentary and recommendations.Ensure the quality, completeness, accuracy and timeliness of financial information provided to internal and external parties.Maintain compliance and analyze controls according to internal standards and external regulations; develop, lead and implement changes through best practice project management.Drive company business process improvement and realization of opportunities with consistent, adequate and realistic KPIs.Develop business cases, post-evaluation analyses, scenarios, models and projections to provide specific insights and support value driven strategic decisions.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE5-10 years of prior experience in budgeting, reporting and controlling.A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (notably Excel and PowerPoint).Strong collaboration, influencing and communication skills.The ability to interact with ease, confidence and credibility at all levels within and outside the company.A proactive approach and the ability to build consensus.Strong business acumen.The ability to adapt to and drive changing demands and conditions.ADDED VALUEAdditional experience in the following areas would be a bonus:
