Description : We are recruiting exceptional customer service professionals to join our multilingual team, immersing themselves in the brand and delivering a first-class service to clients and consumers.
The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the PM Connect technologies and services, and to embrace the brand values.
What will you be doing?
Providing an outstanding customer experience through every customer interaction.
Constantly improving brand and product knowledge to deliver the highest quality of information to our customers.
Embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador.
Requirements Available to start as soon as possible and to work part time during the mornings (Monday to Friday).
Fluent Slovak speaker with a high level of English (both written and spoken).
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a call centre environment would be a plus.
Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task.
Confidence and an enthusiastic telephone manner.
Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong team spirit and a 'can do' attitude.
Benefits Start date: as soon as possible.
Contract type: permanent (one month probation period included).
Schedule: part time, 20h per week, Monday to Friday - 9am to 1pm.
Salary: 8.462 € gross/year for 20h per week.
24 days holiday per year.
Remote work possible (from anywhere in Spain).
