About This RoleThe Administrative Assistant II is responsible for providing administrative and marketing communications support to the European (EU) Team. Demonstrates behavior that is consistent with the company's values of Customer Satisfaction, Innovation, Family, and Social Responsibility.
Essential Job Functions/TasksActs as point of contact for EU office, organizes shipments, pick-ups, and follow-up office freights.Responsible for researching and finding the most competitive suppliers and rates for each case.Works closely with Area Managers to provide support with Hunter's European social media outlets.Supports the EU team with promotions, presentations, and customer trainings.Organizes the biennial European sales meeting, including hotel and food arrangements and presentations.Oversees data in CRM database and provides reports when requested.Manages social media outreach markets to the Spanish, French, English, and Italian markets.Supports the EU Team with other tasks as assigned.Education/Training Required and Preferred- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent years of work experience.
Experience Required and Preferred- Minimum of two years of experience in marketing.
What You BringExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to interact with members across the organization.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet set deadlines.Proficiency in the use of computers required with a strong knowledge of computerized spreadsheets.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to work under minimal supervision, to self-initiate activities, and to work within timelines.Effective interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts and work with other departments.Flexible and able to adapt to changing organizational needs.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
