Daon is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team in Western Europe, which is a key element of Daon's EMEA division. We are seeking an energetic, self-driven individual with high performance, sound business skills, and a natural sales instinct to join our Western Europe (WE) Sales Team.
Required Qualifications & Job Specification: Interest in software sales as a career.A natural passion and curiosity for fast-paced technology.A self-starter with good business skills.A good clear communicator with good empathy.SDRs will deal with inbound prospects and are expected to find their own outbound leads.Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage VP, WE for next steps.Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation campaigns.Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products/services.Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and VP, WE.Report to VP, WE with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.Track and monitor potential leads in CRM (HubSpot).Collaborate with team members, vendors, partners, and strive towards meeting the team sales target.Good experience in the WE market specializing in financial services, telecommunications, and other sectors where potential customers have significant digital customer bases.BA/BS at an accredited university or equivalent work experience; an MBA would be a plus.Language: Fluent in English and Spanish. Other WE languages will be a plus: French, Italian, Portuguese, German, or Dutch.
