Functions: - Handling a wide range of real estate transactions (buildings, 2nd residence, new construction, off-plan sales, lease-back, etc.
).- Negotiation of transactions to assist 100% international clients.- Drafting of reservation contracts, NDA, LOIs, Leases, Purchase Options, Sale Promises, etc., and preparation of legal Due Diligence.- Preparing transaction closings.
Manage real estate projects with the client and advise on risks.Advice on anti-money laundering and terrorist financing.
Requirements: - Law degree with a specialization in Real Estate Law.- Minimum experience of 2 years in the real estate area of a law firm or in the legal department of a company in the sector.- Knowledge of urban planning regulations and current real estate legislation.- Capacity for analysis, negotiation and effective communication skills.- Proficiency in Spanish and English (level C1 or higher); other languages will bean asset.
