Description: As a Marketing Coordinator, based in our Barcelona office, your role will concentrate on the organisational and detail-oriented aspects of the department's function, often acting as the liaison between Marketing, vendors, and other departments in the company. You will provide direct support to the Marketing Manager in rolling out all international communication plans according to strategy, budget, and corporate brand guidelines, as well as participate in and harmonise messaging, content marketing, and media production (across languages). The Marketing Coordinator position is not only key to correct international brand dissemination but also to ensuring best internal service levels in terms of quality, efficiency, clarity, and fast turnarounds from the Marketing team. As such, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager, working closely and collectively with the support of the team to reach these goals (help maintain the company's brand, deliver our messaging, achieve our objectives and ensure standards).
