Description Responsibilities:Project Planning and Initiation:
- Lead project kickoff meetings, define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, considering resource allocation and project dependencies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges at the early stages of project initiation.Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
- Engage with key stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate regular project status updates, meetings, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed on progress, challenges, and decisions.Project Execution and Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor project milestones and budgets, identifying and addressing deviations promptly.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and cooperation among team members.Resource Management:
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.Risk Management:
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential roadblocks.
- Continuously assess project risks and adapt strategies as necessary to ensure project success.Change Management:
- Implement change management processes to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth transitions during project execution.
- Handle change requests, evaluate their impact on project scope, timeline, and budget, and communicate the implications to stakeholders.Quality Assurance:
- Maintain a keen focus on project deliverables' quality and compliance with established standards.
- Conduct thorough project evaluations to ensure objectives are met and lessons are learned for future projects.Conduct QA & UAT:
- Help with the design of QA & UAT tests based on the functional knowledge of the solution.
- Keep track of QA & UAT test cases results and report back to management.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering).- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a strong background in managing enterprise-level projects.- At least 5 years of direct experience managing projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with enterprise technologies, particularly in the context of Salesforce implementations.- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills:- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.- Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including team members, executives, clients, and third-party vendors.- Experience Working with Multi-Regional, Multi-Cultural Teams: Proven track record of successfully managing projects involving teams from different regions and cultural backgrounds.We offer:- Permanent Contract- Competitive compensation package: 50k - 80k- Supportive work environment to foster your growth- Professional development.
