: IPRD 2024-04We are looking for a predoctoral socioeconomic modeller with a background in macroeconomic modelling (Gempack, GTAP) to work on the ERC CoG WaterTheft, funded by the European Union's HORIZONTE EUROPE research and innovation programme under grant agreement no.
101124884.
The researcher will work on the setup of the macroeconomic database, in close collaboration with remote sensing data scientists producing land use and water use data for the labs; on the setup of macroeconomic CGE models, and their coupling with Agent Based Models and microeconomic mathematical programming models,in close collaboration with ABM and mathematical programming modellers; and on the setup of the multi-model ensemble, in collaboration with the modellers above, and supporting ensemble forecasting exercises.
