You play a critical role in supporting key management decisions by translating business topics into financials and challenging them.Your main areas of responsibility are:Be the finance SPOC and the finance key person for your scope by helping the business to translate strategic decisions into financials.Prepare a variety of financial analyses and presentations independently, providing information to executive management.Understand the business model and market to challenge the business where needed.Manage risks and opportunities together within your business based on financials and business discussions.Own the budget, forecast, and long-term planning of your scope.Story-build actuals and challenge the financials in comparison with budget, forecast & previous year as well as historical trends.Interact with local accounting and billing/invoicing teams.Provide ad hoc analysis (e.G., business cases) to support management with financial decisions.Initiate and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.Participate in local and global initiatives, which may require occasional travel.Profile:Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or similar.5 years of relevant working experience within finance; controlling experience is a must.Pro-active with a critical mindset and a hands-on attitude.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Able to plan effectively and comfortable taking critical decisions.Affinity with both business and finance.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of French is a plus.Experienced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP4Hana and Power BI is a plus.Offer:You will be working in a dynamic, international, and fast-growing company with ambitious plans for the future – on-the-job training in a role that offers opportunities for growth.
