The Medical Representative is responsible for delivering consistent performance results within a defined geographical area. These individuals will promote breakthrough wound care, gynecology, radiotherapy, and dermatology products that launched into the Spanish market several years ago.
TasksAchieving and exceeding their individual territory business and revenue goals.Providing education and training to account staff.Preparing and presenting business proposals including account metrics and benchmark information.Identifying key customers and thought leaders within the territory.Effectively and judiciously deploying the necessary resources to yield the greatest business impact.Developing thorough account plans for all strategic customers.Managing territory budget.Sales AcumenExecuting Sales Process effectively.Delivering sales message/presentation in an organized and effective manner.Demonstrating exceptional product and competitive knowledge and using it effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations.Organization/Time ManagementIndependently planning territory routing to consistently achieve territory account coverage.Submitting all administrative reports, expense reports, and business plans accurately and in a timely manner.Prioritizing daily tactics based on greatest business impact.Customer RelationsDemonstrating a customer-centric approach to business planning, use of medical promotion skills, and sales process.Uncovering the customer's needs and providing the appropriate information, resources, and message to deliver maximum value.Leveraging knowledge of key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify the territory network in the plastic surgery community.Developing and building long-term strategic business relationships with core customers.Requirements2+ years of current medical promotion experience within Gynecology, Radiotherapy, Wound Care, or Dermatology advantageous.Experience of promoting OTC or Rx products.Call points are Pharmacies and Medical professionals.Sales experience within prescription devices or drugs advantageous.Must have excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.Able to work independently.Documented medical promotion success.English advantageous.University degree.BenefitsThis is a medium-sized global company with an entrepreneurial spirit, proactive approach, and friendly company culture.
