Your Future RoleTake on a new challenge and apply your Compensation and Benefit expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside committed and approachable teammates. You'll be responsible for the implementation and designing of C&B strategy. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with different teams across the business. You'll specifically take care of ensuring that rewards programs align with company objectives and remain competitive within the local market, as well as compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Cluster/Country Total Reward Manager provides advisory support to senior management and HR staff on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring that the company's total rewards strategy is well communicated and understood. They also play a key role in attracting and retaining high-performing employees through the development of effective compensation and incentive programs, flexible benefits packages, and other rewards initiatives. Additionally, they manage projects related to rewards, including:
Annual salary and bonus reviews.Benefits renewals.Guaranteeing Data Accuracy across HR Systems.Propose budget for salary review and define salary bands.Propose new country reward policies in line with Group's objectives.ResponsibilitiesPropose or review compensation packages, including promotion and progressions.Support the benefits administration and flexible benefits plan.Review and approve the benefits contract renewal done by broker agency.Provide annual information to Finance for annual reports.Support job evaluation and grading.Support international mobility process, and taxation management for expatriates.Regular reporting and analysis on compensation and benefits trends to key stakeholders.Ensure that appropriate governance and controls are in place to ensure the accuracy and fairness of company rewards programs.Experience Prerequisites & Required CompetenciesEducational Requirements: University degree in Business Administration or Economic Sciences. Additionally, a master's degree in Human Resources will be appreciated.Experience: 5-8 years of experience as Compensation & Benefits Consultant or Finance Controller.Languages: Spanish (mandatory) Fluent in English.Competencies & Skills: High analytical competencies and skilled in Excel. Must be able to communicate with precision and transparency. Skilled to communicate, and to coach and train managers.
