ResponsibilitiesExpand LONGi Solar's sales network by identifying, pitching and building relationships with potential partners and/or customers in the assigned region.Focus on PV modules sales to EPC, IPP, PPA, Investors, developers and stakeholders in the region.Acquisition of new customers, increase the market share for the company according to established KPIs.Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After-Sales, including contract negotiations and follow up of business cases.Implement sales strategy and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technical service centre, legal, finance and operation management to ensure smooth fulfilment of sales orders.Depending on the evolving needs of the business, this person may also be tasked to manage other sales personnel. RequirementsOne successful sale experience in the Energy industry.Solid understanding or strong interest in solar business and product.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexible to travel and able to represent the company in various commercial engagements.Organized and able to manage sales orders end-to-end (from booking until fulfilment).Bachelor's Degree or equivalent higher education or above is required.Proven track record in closing transactions.Strong verbal and written skills in English and the local language of the assigned region.Competency in office software tools.
