Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting a Routing and Switching IT Engineer to join their project in Europe. Position Title: Routing and Switching IT Engineer

Responsibilities: Lead specific migration projects from customer legacy network to Client SDN network. Audit legacy network environment and output migration strategy and plan. Technical Customer interface to report migration project status. Prepare MOP procedures to perform migrations. Execute migrations during night shift including weekends. Audit legacy network (Cisco, Juniper and Dell) to define migration strategy plan. Prepare Client SDN network to perform migration from legacy to Client. Perform migrations from legacy to Client SDN. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or other related field of study. Minimum 4 years' experience in commissioning, operating or maintaining IT datacenter networks. Solid Knowledge of TCP/IP. Strong understanding and experience in Routing & Switching (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, VLAN, STP, etc). Hands-on experience in carrier networks and multi vendor environments. Experience in SDN-LAN Networks (VXLAN, BGP EVPN, SPINE/Leaf architecture) is a plus. Experience with Security (IPSEC, NAT, Firewalls) is a plus. Experience in Telefonica Spain systems and processes is a plus. Knowledge in English (spoken, written) is preferred but not mandatory. For more details contact:
