We're looking for an experienced Regional Vice President to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team.
Reporting to the Vice President of Southern Europe, you'll be responsible to:
Recruit, hire and develop world-class sales talent, build development plans for each sales rep, and coach and motivate sales team to overachieve on targetsUnderstand and solve customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value propositionBe the GM of your business and create a plan for success, and accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly across 3 teams.Act as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closureFoster a culture which embraces DE&IWhat We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience within software or security industry2nd line leadership experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProgressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-LevelWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) You have established relationships with current and prospective customersYou understand the bigger picture, customer goals and how technology can facilitate themProficiency in strategic sales planning with experience closing net new logos#LI-FO1
