RV Specialist | Santander Consumer Finance SAYour role and the team SCF Benelux is currently looking for a Residual Value specialist. In this role you will set up and manage RV (Residual Values) strategy for the company. This is a data analysis-oriented position with a commercial twist, where you are in frequent contact with various stakeholders and the headquarter.
The RV Specialist will be responsible for managing and establishing automotive RV, conducting in-depth market analysis of existing RV exposure, and thoroughly research markets to make accurate RV recommendations for Dutch and Belgium market.
What will you do? You will…. Provide mark to market valuations and implements mark to market review process to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with RV projection.Complete comprehensive research supporting the RV policy on existing and new car models by studying the market, collateral, competitors, technology, and review RV methodology and positions.Chair the RV committee.Lead any changes and/or improvements to the RV IT ecosystem.Liaise with various stakeholders on specific requests related to RV.You have A completed HBO degree or equivalent work experience.Residual Values setting and monitoring experience (5+ Years).Knowledge of car financial services.Ability to articulate the reasoning and rationale behind car valuations and to synthesize multiple variable inputs into well-reasoned, supportable opinions of value.Strong analytical skills and highly structured.You are curious and seek opportunities, with a proactive and self-directed work attitude.Knowledge of MS Office and good Excel skills.We offer A personalized onboarding program, so you can get to know Santander and our way of working inside out.A laptop and other work-related tools.In addition to a market-based salary, you can expect a 13th-month salary, an annual performance bonus of up to 10% of your annual salary, and 27 vacation days.You decide how you commute to the office!
