As our new Wind Turbine Chief Consultant, you will be part of our global Offshore Wind Advisory team.
You will engage with various stakeholders supporting project development across all stages, from early conceptual design until project execution and package management.
You will support in shaping and enhancing our service deliverables.
You will also play a pivotal role in the support of the development, design, installation, and commissioning of wind turbine electrical systems for wind energy projects, leveraging your expertise in electrical engineering and renewable energy, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Your tasks and responsibilities
As part of the Offshore Wind Advisory team, you will be part of multidisciplinary project teams and the Wind Turbine technology-dedicated team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support and lead relevant working packages for the wind turbine scopes, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Provide expert guidance and strategic advice in all areas within the wind turbine scope, especially wind turbine supply chain, manufacturing and logistics.Deliver on technical due diligence assignments in support of large and complex finance transitions.Project roles in the wind turbine package within our Owner's Engineer service deliveries.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution.Support and lead the technical preparation, coordination, and management of the wind turbine scope tendering processes.Support standardization processes and initiatives across the Offshore Wind Advisory Team.Provide training and mentorship to project team members, subcontractors, and field personnel.Your qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial engineering, Logistics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in wind projects; wind turbine supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Extensive experience in offshore wind project development, execution, and operation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
