**BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS** **Innovation and Adaptability:** - Exhibit a strong capacity for innovation, particularly in overcoming logistical challenges related to the remote location of High.
- Lead by example in adaptability, demonstrating the ability to deliver solutions in a fast-paced and evolving luxury environment.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities engineering, with at least 5 of those years in roles that required innovative problem-solving in a remote and luxurious setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the relevant technical domain, whether it be BMS, CCTV, Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric, or Decorating systems, particularly as they apply to high-end facilities.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and rapid problem resolution in high-pressure environments with a hands-on, innovative approach to facilities engineering challenges.
- Extensive experience in luxury, remote, or island resort environments, demonstrating a proven ability to adapt to and manage the complexities of such settings.
- A track record of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, service partners, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of engineering services.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience in training and team development.
- Fluency in English and Russian, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional language abilities would be a plus.
