For our SALES DEPARTMENT at AMMERAAL BELTECH we are currently looking for a/an:Branch Manager CATALONIAAs a BRANCH MANAGER, you will be responsible for our sales team in Catalonia and the sales and customers of the assigned area.
You will serve as Catalonia's sales team leader, overseeing day-to-day commercial solutions and activities, focusing on the AMMEGA Commercial Excellence Program (CEP), and taking care of the long-term interests of the business.
You will play an important role in sales management, pursuing new business opportunities, cross-selling activities, and managing other functions such as Key Account development, aligning strategy, and promoting synergies with cross-functional teams.
You will report to the Sales Manager, the leader of the SALES team.
A day in the life of a BRANCH MANAGER can look like:Has overall accountability for and ownership of Ammeraal Beltech business in Spain.Interacts continuously with our Sales Teams and Spanish customers/prospects for the purpose of marketing and selling, evaluating performance and strength, delivery of customer product training, negotiating agreements, supporting customer product integration.Maintains customer files and information in the database.Prepares segment sales forecasts by units and euros.Compares monthly sales results to goals and takes corrective action where necessary with countermeasures.Provides sales input for the annual strategic planning process.Interfaces with Product Management to provide customer feedback on product performance.Provides input on advertising, literature, and promotion materials.Recommends pricing programs to remain competitive.Interfaces with QA regarding any observed or reported quality/safety issues.Attends tradeshows to provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies, and strengths of the competition, identify new market and customer opportunities, and evaluate the success and perception of Ammeraal Beltech products.We are looking for you to have:Inspiring attitude/leadership.Coaching/People focused.Bring out the best in people.Entrepreneurial and customer focus.Ambitious.
