The Team:
As part of the Global Accounting Operation, you will be reporting to the manager of the team in Madrid with a global focus on supporting from the finance side our growing operations.
The Role:
As the Accounts Payable Analyst, you will support the team to process globally AP invoices and you will drive the highest customer service to our internal and external stakeholders by handling queries and following up on requests.
What you'll do: Process invoices into the ERP system (Workday) - enter invoices into the system, check them, match them against PO's and execute payments.
Including communications with stakeholders such as the suppliers or the treasury department.Handle incoming requests on payment status, vendor set-up or general queries around our Accounts Payable process.Deliver a constant high level
