We're looking for a Customer Success Representative to join us on our mission to solve chaos in international real estate markets.

We started CASAFARI with a mission to organize the real estate market into an efficient data-powered ecosystem to enable and accelerate deals through a transparent and safe B2B platform. CASAFARI isn't just another data aggregator: it's an entire operating system that powers real estate agents in real-time, removing asymmetry of knowledge, accelerating transactions and opening up new opportunities for iBuyers, property developers, investors and Q-commerce operators and beyond to reach their investment objectives.
Tu rolLiaise with customers submitting support requests via multiple channels.Interact with customers using a variety of platforms like live chat, calls, emails and tickets (reactive work).Respond to customers requests in a timely manner and efficiently, using the correct information to support them.Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars for existing clients on new product features.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Gather feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.Analyze customer data to gain insights into their behavior, needs, and preferences, which can be used to improve the customer experience and increase retention rates.Create effective campaigns for new customers as well as less active ones.Lo que estamos buscandoApplicants must have native-level proficiency in Spanish and English.Professional working proficiency in Portuguese, Italian, German and/or French is a big plus.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - our language of Business Operations.2+ years of experience in customer support (preferably B2B, SaaS and Real Estate).Previous experience working with a ticketing system.Ability to understand technology for real estate professionals.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Service-oriented mindset.Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Empathetic, desire to help and support clients.Lo que ofrecemosBase salary (Range between €15,000 and 18,000).Health Insurance.Flexible working model, accommodating fully remote, fully onsite or hybrid.Mentorship, data/product, sales, and persuasion training.Awesome opportunity to build the fastest growing Proptech company in Europe together with smart and ambitious people from all over the world.Free access to the CASAFARI platform (helpful if you're looking for a place to live).This holder of this position can be based in either Spain or Portugal.
