The HR/Inspector Coordinator provides vital support to the Accreditation process by selecting and coordinating the inspectors.RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKSSupport the Accreditation Process by working with the Accreditation Coordinators by matching the inspections with the best available inspectors in a timely manner taking into account the specific needs of any inspection process (e.G., number of areas/sites to be inspected).Develop and lead the roll-out of a strategy to recruit and retain inspectors to meet the organisational needs.Develop and lead on training and development of both new and existing inspectors using different methodologies including virtual and face-to-face training; e-learning platform, webinars, etc.Provide administrative support to the JACIE Inspectors' Committee working closely with the Chair of the Committee and supporting any projects/initiatives as required by the Committee.Manage inspection feedback (centres and the inspectors) and take proportionate action/escalating appropriately any issues as required.RequirementsUniversity studies (Psychology, Law, BA).1-2 years' experience in HR management.Experience in recruiting.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English to at least B2 level.Initiative.Focus on customers' needs.Strategic thinking.NICE-TO-HAVESMaster in HR.Experience in managing a pool of volunteers.Knowledge of medicine or life sciences.Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of Spanish.WHAT WE OFFERTo be part of the process of finding the cure for cancer and other life-threatening diseases
