We are hiring!Job Title: Spa Therapist Reports to: Spa ManagerResponsible for: Developing an excellent service to clients/guests.The Spa Therapist's responsibilities include: Greeting all guests and providing information about spa services and products.Performing a variety of spa treatments and ensuring the highest standards of service.Maintaining a clean and organized work area.Recommending appropriate treatments based on client needs and follow-up appointments in the computer system.Charging clients for services performed and promoting spa products to enhance the guest experience.Job Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist.Qualifications: NVQ level 2, 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC - OND or HND, VTCT, City & Guilds. Hotel environment or Spa Diploma in Beauty and Spa Therapy is preferred.Languages: English (Professional Level) / Spanish (Professional Level); other languages (French, German, Russian, Arabic) are highly valued.Principle scope and purpose of job: Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task. Ability to be efficient and productive in a luxury, fast-paced environment. Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills. Must be a team player with weekend availability.Key tasks: Perform all treatments at an exceptional standard, as per Ashiana Wellness protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the client's specific needs.Ensure the beauty treatments provided meet the needs of the client.Allocate all rooms daily in liaison with housekeeping and sometimes also with maintenance.Lead and motivate a team of Therapists to deliver outstanding client care and treatment standards.Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the spa.Experience at supervisory level within a five-star hotel spa environment.Previous experience of overseeing a stock control process.Excellent personal grooming and presentation skills.Recognised beauty therapy/massage qualification with previous experience in a 5-star spa environment.Perform a variety of high-end facials, massages, body treatments, and holistic treatments such as Reiki, Reflexology, and Energy Healing.Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy.Work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.Communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.People & Development: Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.Develop a culture of excellence within the team.Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the spa.Be part of creating and nurturing a philosophy throughout the business to ensure a great team spirit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
