The main duties and responsibilities of this role:Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.Schedule and confirm interviews with candidatesScreening resumes and applicationsConducting Interviews according to Jumeirah Standards (Behavioural Based Interviews)Updating our internal databases with employee information to ensure it meets the internal requirements.Updating job descriptionsOrganize internal events related to colleaguesAbout you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:QualificationStudies related to hospitality or human resourcesExperienceRelated work experience is a strengthSkillsGood English communication skillsKnowledge in all Microsoft Office applications.Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management.Teamwork and creative skills.Pleasing personality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
