Job Description
As a Senior Global Web Project Manager, member of the Global Web team, you're joining a multicultural crew working closely with marketing and other teams across the globe. You will partner with our developers, designers, and analytics teams to ensure we are on time and on budget on all web-related projects we take on, and you will play a pivotal role to the Senior Project Manager who will rely on your expertise to test and QA the output and master our CMS' content. Your work in this role plays a crucial role in ensuring our web activities are top-notch and helps deliver the best experience for our customers globally.
Why is this role exciting - right now?
This team takes care of all the B2B websites that aren't our marketplaces - more than 15 websites! We do plenty of A/B testing and are a methodical, analytical team. We value ownership and proactivity, and give you the freedom and responsibility to work quite autonomously. We're in the process of refreshing the website completely, therefore working with lots of teams across the company and world (Devs, Designers, Product Marketers, many more). We love to get creative around processes and efficiency!
How you'll have an impact - your key responsibilities Execute web strategy that aligns with the company's goal for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels on the website to maximize lead generation, upsell, and cross-sell.Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements, user experience, and conversion rate.Support eCommerce initiatives by working closely with senior PM to maximize eCommerce sales.Monitor website performance using analytics tools (GA) and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines to ensure deliverables.
