MISSION: Analyze and establish on-site installation processes based on parameters and characteristics of the wind turbines design to develop efficient and cost-effective installation processes.TASKS:Support current projects under construction by solving incidents related to installation work procedures and tools.Optimize existing installation processes to enhance performance, quality, and safety.Participate in new wind turbine development groups.Review designs and propose improvements or corrections from an installation perspective.Establish requirements from the installation point of view in the early stages of new product development to optimize the installation process, quality, and safety.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.Define and validate installation tools to be supplied by Nordex Group.Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement measures.Maintain existing installation work instructions and inspection reports updated.Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance.Travel to wind farms under construction to test new tools, attend new wind turbine prototypes, or for auditing reasons to find room for improvement in procedures/wind turbine designs/tools.YOUR PROFILE:Degree in Industrial Engineering or other studies with experience in the tasks required for this position.One to five years of experience in a similar position.Experience with the use of CAD-PLM (Teamcenter PLM, AutoCAD, Teamcenter Visualization), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP.Ability to work in teams and maintain close relationships with other departments.Experience in multicultural team interactions.High level of English proficiency.Availability to travel (3 or 4 trips per year, each lasting approximately two to three weeks).YOUR BENEFITS:In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you: *Some offers may vary by location.
